The COUNTER API (formerly SUSHI) is designed to simplify the collection, by librarians (and other report consumers), of usage statistics for our products. As a content publisher respecting the COUNTER Code of Practice, we make this COUNTER API available. It is recommended by COUNTER to use it via one of the third-party software collectors detailed on the Counter website.
Here's how to retrieve the credentials needed for authentication in our COUNTER API:

Log in to your IMAIOS account by clicking on "Log in".

In your area, click on "Administration":
- Step 3
Click on the statistics icon to open the "Counter Stats" platform:
- Step 4
Select Counter API in the left-hand menu:
The SUSHI account credentials required for your institution will include :
- the customer ID
- the requestor ID
You will also need the URL to retrieve the reports.
