How to manage users of my group?

In order to manage your users, please follow the steps below:

1. Please log in to our website (www.imaios.com) using your administrator account
2. Click on the email address at the top of the page and select "Administration"
3. Click on your group name

Add users

To invite users, once you've clicked on the "Invite users" button:

1. Add email addresses in the appropriate field (separated by commas if multiple)
2. Select the role (either Admin or Member)
3. Grant or deny access to the product
4. Add a message (optional)
5. Click the "Send invitations" button 

Once an invitation is sent, the user will receive an email containing their login credentials.

To activate their access to e-Anatomy, they will need to click on the "Activate your access" button.

Revoke users

Clicking on the 3 dots in the user's action column will open a window where you can either revoke member access or grant access to the stats.

Limits on the number of licences

The number of users you can invite depends on your subscription plan. You can easily find information about the maximum number of licenses in the administration interface:
