I’d like to cancel my subscription to an IMAIOS product purchased through my mobile device on the App Store / Google Play Store. How do I do that?

I purchased my subscription on the Google Play Store

Please contact our technical support and send us your payment receipt or any other proof of purchase with the transaction reference number from Google.
