I’ve just subscribed to an IMAIOS product, but it isn’t activated; I still don’t have access to the content. What should I do?

1️⃣ If you​ ​have just purchased your subscription; the payment might not have been processed by your banking network yet, or it might have failed. Please wait a few minutes before trying to log in again and access it on our website ​www.imaios.com​.

 

2️⃣ Check that you are logged in to your account on​ www.imaios.com​. Your name should appear at the top right of the page.

 

3️⃣ Check that you only have one account registered on our website and that you are using the correct account (user name and password) associated with your subscription.

 

4️⃣ If your problem persists, please contact our Customer Support.
