Automatic renewal is activated by default for some IMAIOS product subscriptions. It is possible to disable this option at any time on your account settings by following these steps:
I purchased my subscription on the IMAIOS website and paid by card
Log in to the IMAIOS website and follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Once you have logged in, click where your name appears
2️⃣ On the drop-down menu, select "Subscriptions"
3️⃣ On the “Details” section, click on the button “Disable renewal”
You will keep your access until the expiration date of your current subscription.
Note: It is possible to enable the automatic renewal of an IMAIOS product following the same procedure described above.
I purchased my subscription on the iOS or Android mobile app
To disable automatic renewal, you must go to the Apple Store or Google Play app settings interface:

Start by logging in to your PayPal account and follow these steps to cancel your recurring subscription:
1️⃣ Click on Dashboard (at the top) and select the transaction to be cancelled:
2️⃣ Click on the link Manage Store Payments:
3️⃣ Click on "Cancel" and "Cancel Automatic Payments":
4️⃣ You can check that the cancellation has been taken into account by viewing the page that appears when you click on "Done". The status must show "INACTIVE".
