I am part of a group but do not have access to the product

I am member of a group but I don't have access to e-Anatomy/vet-Anatomy. What should I do?
Being a member of the group doesn't necessarily imply that you have access to the product because it is the group administrator who manages the members' access. Indeed, the accesses are defined either over all the period of the subscription, or over specific date ranges according to the needs of each member. You can find all the information concerning your accesses in the page "my subscriptions" of your account.
