Automatic renewal is enabled by default for some IMAIOS products. If you do not wish to renew your subscription automatically, you must disable it on your account settings.
To cancel an IMAIOS product subscription that was renewed automatically, please contact IMAIOS Customer Support so that we can cancel the renewal and refund your payment. Cancellation and refund are possible within 30 days of the expiration date of your current subscription.
Note: It may take between five and thirty business days for the refunded payment to be processed through the banking network and allocated back to your account by your card Issuer. You will need to speak to your bank directly for more information if a refund exceeds the regular time frame in some way. Contact Customer Support at:
